Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Twicevisual Tree Service wants everyone to be able to use twicevisual.property, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about it. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to work for as many people as possible. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and keep pages in a logical order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people move around the site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@twicevisual.property and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@twicevisual.property and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
